An exciting assignment as a Test Engineer for Avionics and Weapon Integration awaits you at our partner Airbus in Manching.
Your tasks
The "Integration Test and Analysis" department is part of the "Flight and Integration Test Center" competence center. Here, you work on the verification and integration of (sub-)systems at test bench and aircraft level, and increasingly also on combinations of different test levels - from virtual testing to "System of Systems" tests.- Verification of the requirements and design of avionics systems
- Definition of test cases and scenarios for verifying system requirements
- Development of test procedures and scripts
- Execution of system integration tests in avionics facilities
- Analysis of test results and data, and reporting, including error reporting
Your Profile
- Completed master's degree in electrical engineering, engineering, aerospace, or equivalent bachelor's degree with relevant years of experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in engineering, IT/information systems
- Solid knowledge of avionics systems is required
- Knowledge of C/C++, ADA, Python, and/or ATL is desirable
- Negotiation skills in German and good English skills
- Willingness to work in a testing facility environment
- Solution-oriented mindset, resilience, and enjoyment of teamwork
