Order manager, production in the field of assembly electronics

Your tasks

The Assembly Electronics department is responsible for the assembly and optical inspection of flat assemblies. The job holder is responsible for the following tasks:

• Coordination, maintenance and creation of the transferred master data
• Ensuring the timely availability of operating resources, special materials, and process instructions
• Examination, evaluation, and confirmation of the planned dates for the relevant performance area
• Effecting change requests
• Planning and coordination of all necessary support work
• Implementation of suitable measures in case of deviations and problems related to assigned material numbers
• Examination and timely implementation of planned orders into production orders
• Initiation of material procurement
• Identification of missing parts and verification of their timely availability
• Provision of production-relevant documents
• Process-compliant order processing using the SAP production planning tool

Your Profile

• Completed training as an electronics technician for devices and systems with additional qualification as a state-certified technician
• Excellent knowledge of SAP PP, QM, PLM, and MS-Office
• Negotiation skills in German and English
• Sound knowledge of order processing, production planning, and work preparation
• Independent working style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, and cooperation as well as strong orientation skills
