Your tasks

• Carrying out incoming and outgoing goods processes
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory
• Performing inspections and certifications as part of materials management
• Providing immediate logistical services to the military customer at their location
• Handling material requests under time pressure
• Maintaining data in the customer's SAP system
• Preparing and organizing spare parts packages for exercises and missions
• Processing repair operations of military aviation equipment at external repair facilities

• Handling of weapons and export-controlled materials
• Dealing with hazardous goods/substances
• Working closely within the team, with constant coordination and mutual support

Your Profile

• At least vocational training as a logistics specialist, industrial clerk, commercial training or technical training
• More than 2 years of professional experience as a Commercial Clerk, Warehouse Logistics, Logistics
• Knowledge of the detailed functions of MS-Office and SAP
• German language skills (at least negotiation level) and English (at least basic knowledge)
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation and on-call support
• Openness and interest in learning new things
• Resilience
• Adaptability and teamwork skills
• Independent and customer-oriented way of working
