Your tasks

The jobholder works as a C++ Software Developer and will be a member of the team "Test Frameworks Backend Services" which is part of the head of department "Test Frameworks and Instrumentation" and within the Center of Competence of "TEYV Flight & Integration Test Centre" at Airbus Defence and Space located in Manching. The Department is the main contributor providing the Test and Simulation Means to different Aircraft programs for supporting them during Development, Integration and Testing with our Tools. These are the main tasks: - Design and develop software for our simulation & test support software in C++ - Evolve the framework architecture in the area middleware and real-time applications - Apply state-of-the-art technologies and techniques - Contribute actively to virtual engineering (mixed environment of simulations and real HW) (Task description in English, as project language)

Your Profile

• Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Proficient knowledge in software design, patterns, and architecture as well as in system programming and cross-platform development
• Good programming skills in C++ are required
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• Knowledge of networks, fieldbuses, and distributed systems is advantageous
• Communicative personality
• Open-minded individual
• Willingness to work on-site (remote work is possible 1 day per week)
