Start with us in a shared and successful future! We are a specialized personnel service provider for the aerospace industry. An exciting assignment awaits you as a Customer Support Agent at our partner Airbus in Sulzbach.
Your tasks
- First point of contact in the central Service Desk for technical customer inquiries as well as fault reports
- Analysis and documentation of system and application errors, working closely with our Customer Support Engineers
- Close communication with customers regarding the status of customer inquiries and fault reports
- Strict adherence to Service Level Agreements, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, telecommunications or equivalent qualification
- Completed IT technical training or training in information and system technology
- Fluent in German, good English skills
- First professional experience in technical support (1st or 2nd level)
- Interest in the digital development of tools and systems
- Experience in working with ticket systems
- Desirable to have a technical understanding of digital mobile communication systems such as GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE or TETRA and initial experience in supporting digital mobile communication systems
- Good communication skills to ensure information flow and the ability to integrate into a team
- High level of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (morning, evening, and night shift)
