Project Manager Controlling

Your tasks

• Establishing and maintaining a database for tracking measures
• Implementing reporting for financial transparency of investments and cost-saving measures through the creation of target/actual comparisons and corresponding variance analyses
• Developing decision templates or initiating measures to secure or improve planned financial results
• Creating cost-benefit analyses/business cases and decision scenarios within the framework of transformation, including statements on profitability/liquidity and associated decision recommendations
• Ensuring that opportunities and risks of sub-projects are adequately assessed and supporting measures for risk minimization and realization of opportunities
• Setting up and moderating progress meetings
• Continuously optimizing and developing financial processes and tools in terms of efficiency and transparency

Your Profile

• Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent qualification
• Fluent in German
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office / SAP / GSuite
• Understanding of financial processes of all functions / business processes in the company
• Experience in controlling and project work
• Independent, goal-oriented and business-oriented action
• Strong communication skills, reliability, flexibility, fast comprehension and result orientation
