Your tasks

The job holder works as an Avionics SubSystem and Software Requirement Engineer. The areas of responsibility are detailed as follows:

• Reviewing documents related to system requirements
• Defining interface descriptions
• Specifying and maintaining subsystem requirements for new mission computers
• Supporting verification activities (reviews/analyses)
• Specifying and maintaining subsystem designs for mission computers
• Specifying and maintaining high-level software requirements for new mission computers

Your profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or aerospace
• Several years of professional experience in mission systems and system architecture, as well as with avionics systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in working with Doors and Jira/Confluence
• Language skills in German and English (fluent)
• Solid understanding of the purpose of ARP4754 / DO-178C or comparable design assurance standards and related processes is necessary
• Strong mindset and understanding of agile working methods
• Strong team player
