Your tasks

The job holder works as a Composite Worker in the Composites Solution Center. The range of tasks is structured as follows:

• Manufacturing, modifying, repairing, assembling, and disassembling fiber composite components
• Raw material preparation - shaping - curing - assembly possibly also disassembly
• Component processing
• Work based on various documentation adapted to the component type (e.g. production order, FHD, SOI, test orders, sketches, 3D models, etc.)
• Contributing to the creation of job descriptions, process optimizations, and test criteria
• Operating equipment

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a plastics and rubber process mechanic, carpenter, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of plastics and rubber technology, as well as with carbon and glass fiber composite materials
• Language skills in German (fluent) and English (basic)
• Resilience, communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to occasionally travel on business
