Exciting employment as a development engineer awaits you at our partner Airbus in Immenstaad.
Your tasks
- Investigation and comparison of drive concepts
- Selection of suitable bearing concepts
- Rough design of structure and attachment parts in coordination with the design and calculation departments
Support of the system engineer
- Evaluation of customer requirements and derivation of requirements at the subsystem level
- Creation of technical specifications
- Ensuring consistency of specifications at all levels
- Creation of a verification and validation logic for all requirements
- Creation and maintenance of the verification control document
Participation in the planning and execution of test campaigns for mechanisms (components)
- Creation of test concepts
- Planning of verification campaigns and tests in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Execution and evaluation of tests, creation of documentation (test procedure, test report)
- Evaluation of results
Participation in the planning of integration phases of engineering, qualification, and flight models together with the design and AIT departments
- Organization of material flow for supplier/manufacturing parts and components
- Creation of integration procedures
- Supervision and support of mechanical and electrical integration activities
- Updating assembly and test procedures together with the integration and development personnel
Your Profile
- Aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification with at least a bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Power Point and MS-Office
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink and CAD (CATIA V5 or V6)
- Good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Structured, efficient and independent working style
- Teamwork abilities
