Your tasks

• Control (approval/printing) of production orders for series, speed-line, repair, and after sales
• Availability check
• Tracking the status of supplier orders
• Determining ranges for constructive stop orders
• Appointment coordination E2E - with suppliers and customers
• Recovery planning in case of deadline delay
• Missing parts management with customers (internal and customer management)
• Collaboration and maintenance of LoBs in cooperation with assemblies
• Participation in border capacity consideration
• Ensuring timely availability of components for the required due date and in the required quality
• Interface between internal departments, supplier managers, strategic purchasing, and internal customers

Your Profile

• Technician, master or comparable qualification acquired through other means
• Over 3 years of professional experience in production planning and control
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/R3
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Good communication skills to ensure information flow
• Ability to integrate into a team
• Reliability and quality-conscious work approach
