An exciting assignment awaits you as a clerk (m/f/d) for order processing at our partner Hensoldt in Ulm.
Your tasks
For our client at the Ulm location, we are looking for an order processing clerk (m/f/d) to support the order processing for calibration and maintenance orders.
- Accept electrical and mechanical measuring devices as part of the incoming goods and perform incoming inspection
- If necessary, create digital documentation of transport damages
- Carry out delivery and handover of goods to service providers
- Create delivery notes
- Maintain files for delivery notes and open orders
- Create delivery notifications with prices for invoicing to controlling/accounting
- Place orders with external service providers
- Request quotes from service providers and conduct price and performance comparisons
- Process delivery notifications
- Coordinate deadlines and deliveries with suppliers
- Request shuttle services for customer devices and coordinate with suppliers
- Unpack delivered goods
- Plan and prepare individual orders
- Create and modify work orders using SAP PM
- Create and modify maintenance plans using SAP PM (e.g., adjust maintenance and calibration cycles according to customer requirements)
- Maintain master data in SAP PM for devices and measuring equipment to be serviced and/or calibrated
- Communicate and coordinate deadlines with customers for recurring orders
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
- Language skills in German (fluent) and English (proficient)
- Very good technical understanding
- Good communication skills in cross-functional collaboration
- Independent work style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness
- Ability to integrate into a team
- High level of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent
