Bid and Project System Engineer for SSR/IFF

Join us for a shared and successful future! We are a specialized personnel service provider for the aerospace industry. An exciting assignment awaits you as a bid and project systems engineer for SSR/IFF at our partner Hensoldt in Taufkirchen.

Your tasks

• Supporting the Bid/Project Manager as the main point of contact for technical issues
• Participating in meetings of the bid management/project management (kick-off, phase reviews, RMC, status meetings)
• Assessment and management of customer's technical requirements
• Designing an IFF solution/concept to meet the customer's needs in accordance with the customer requirements and product roadmaps
• Creating technical documents that will be part of the technical proposal/project
• Coordination with relevant disciplines (engineering, product management, ILS, procurement)
• Estimation/management of the workload to fulfill the technical part of the project

Your profile

• At least a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, engineering, or industrial engineering
• Good German and English language skills
• Good knowledge in the field of requirements management / engineering (DOORS)
• Extensive professional experience in IFF, system engineering, project development, bid management support
• Experience with agile methods and tools
• Good communication skills to ensure information flow
• The ability to integrate into a team
• High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
• Willingness to occasionally travel for business purposes
