Configuration manager

Join us for a shared and successful future! We are a specialized personnel service provider for the aerospace industry. An exciting assignment awaits you as a Configuration Manager at our partner Hensoldt in Taufkirchen.

Your tasks

• Planning, processing, coordination and tracking of activities related to product variants and configuration management
• Conducting release boards for approval of the technical data package
• Planning, processing and implementation of internal and external changes
• Creation of product structures and definition and management of product variants in coordination with development and program management
• Definition and establishment of interfaces (internal & external)
• Collaboration with various departments (e.g. design / development, project management, logistics, production, etc.)
• Formation of baselines and creation of technical data packages
• Ensuring cross-site application of the configuration process
• Participation in reviews and audits
• Creation of evaluations and status presentations
• Collaboration in internal and external international project teams

Your profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Good German and English language skills
• Extensive experience in development and production as well as working in project teams is advantageous
• Knowledge in aerospace engineering (procedures and standards) is advantageous
• Knowledge in software development and software configuration management is advantageous
• Experience in KM/QM or similar activities is advantageous
• Ability to give presentations to international customers and partners, negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal/external)
• Good communication skills in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Independent work approach, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness
• Ability to integrate into a team
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and confident attitude when dealing with international
