Component Manager Electromechanics

Your tasks

• Processing of material number and clarification requests in the field of electromechanics, including maintenance of material master data in SAP
• Reviewing old documents and standards and comparing them with current valid documents and standards
• Processing obsolescence/alerts and searching/investigating alternatives in coordination with the demand owners, quality assurance, and purchasing
• Compliance with aspects such as standardization, export restrictions (e.g., ITAR), and issues related to hazardous substances (e.g., RoHS, REACH)
• Close and cross-location collaboration with the component managers of various material classes, HSE, engineering, purchasing, and technology departments

Your profile

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, production engineering, or similar qualification
• Detailed expertise in electromechanical components and relevant standards
• Knowledge of REACH / RoHS and SVHC substances / materials is advantageous
• Good knowledge of MS-Access, MS-Excel, MS-Office, and SAP
• Language skills in German (fluent) and English (proficient)
• Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work independently, coordinate tasks, and integrate well with a team
• Assertiveness and ability to integrate into a team
• Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills
