Program Procurement Manager Combat (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support the team and internal Procurement functions in budget assignments and workhour allocation
• Ensure adherence to allocated Programme budgets
• Alignment on internal workload requirements and allocated resources
• Key interface between the Programme and the Procurement Organization with focus on Controlling and Finance activities
• Manage procurement performance for the project in line with provided resources
• Negotiate and improve procurement resource allocation to the project
• Drive consequent improvement and innovation actions for the benefit of the project

Your Profile

• Minimum Master's / Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Economics.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP.
• Proficient in both German (at least negotiation level) and English (at least negotiation level).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles where you have gained strong knowledge and skills in: SAP handling, Finance/Controlling, Program Management.
• Good experience working in a project environment.
• Proactive and assertive working style.
• Strong relationship building skills, ability to motivate others, and conflict management.
