Logistics Support Team Employee

Your tasks

• Direct operational interface between logistics and production area
• Comprehensive material bookings in SAP
• Logistical control for priority calls
• Handling of material returns, including checking required data/documents (e.g. material, serial number, batches, completeness of accompanying documents)
• Clarification of material-related discrepancies with analysis of data in the SAP system
• Supply of consumables (including e-catalog orders, expiration date checks)
• Handling of VS materials

Your Profile

• At least a vocational training as a logistics specialist or industrial clerk
• More than 3 years of professional experience in the areas of disposition/material procurement, commercial clerk and logistics
• At least detailed knowledge of MS-Office and SAP/MM-IM
• German language skills (at least negotiation level) and English language skills (at least basic level)
• The ability to work on tasks as a team and support each other, as well as the willingness to compromise
• Ability to clearly and comprehensively formulate messages to ensure comprehensive flow of information
• Availability for shift work
