You can expect an exciting assignment as an Aircraft Doors Preparer at our partner Airbus in Donauwörth.
Your tasks
- Drive implementation of the first installation with the necessary feedback loops for the production area
- Create/update work instructions, bills of materials (BoMs), and standard operating instructions (SOIs) taking into account production requirements, time calculation, and applicable work preparation guidelines
- Define requirements for industrial assets (tools, machinery, etc.) for creation or modification
- Plan regular feedback loops with the production team
- Manage critical/recurring work preparation issues escalated by the production team/tech shop floor support
- Communicate directly by physically participating in production team routines
- Support continuous improvement of the production area by providing work preparation expertise when issues cannot be resolved at the production area level through technical support from the manufacturing facility
- Support PSA in assessing the impact of industry changes and translating industrial requirements into design and supply chain
- Responsible for supporting configuration management - performing and supporting P-FMEA/FMEA
- Provide technical expertise to DPE as required by the business area
- ME role in supply chain management ensuring complete data consistency and effectiveness (e.g. missing parts, inventory, impact on material requirements planning)
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an electronics engineer for aviation technical systems (aircraft electronics technician), aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or a similar trade qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of work preparation, electrical engineering/electronics, manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, IT/information systems, production planning and control, project management, supply chain/logistics, or technical documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Language skills in German (fluent) and English (proficient)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
