Junior Quality Engineer for Software and Avionics Projects (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Determining Quality Management/Quality Assurance (QM/QA) requirements and measures for the System/Software/Hardware verification/qualification processes in accordance with customer requirements and deriving the product specific qualification and delivery requirements
• Monitoring, controlling, and developing internal and external suppliers to ensure fulfillment and adherence to customer requirements and approved processes/procedures
• Monitoring development, manufacturing, and in-service processes: analyzing Non-Conformities and their trends based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI), problem-solving (PPS, 5W, 8D), and defining corrective/preventive actions
• Selecting, developing, and implementing quality and continuous improvement measures (including digitalization) according to the relevant standards and project specificities
• Contributing to and conducting internal and external product-related audits

Your profile

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, engineering, aerospace, or mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in aerospace
• Knowledge in quality and/or avionics would be desirable
• Negotiation skills in English, knowledge of German would be advantageous
• Ability to work in a team, enthusiasm for the exchange of knowledge, discussions and trying out new things, as well as enjoyment in the challenge of improving things
