An exciting assignment as Application Manager / Service Owner HR-IT awaits you at our partner HENSOLDT in Taufkirchen.
Your tasks
The Design & Development Central HQ Functions department within Information Management is responsible for all business applications operated and developed for central functions.
This position can also be based in Ulm.
- Active participation in shaping the future HR IT landscape as part of the upcoming SAP S4 HANA / SuccessFactors transformation
- Participation in the role of Service Owner HR in the redefinition and standardization of HR processes with regard to their integration and partial global roll-out
- Support of HR IT applications (especially Workday as the current core HCM system) and its interfaces as Service Owner HR
- Assistance with first-level support and responsibility for second- and third-level support of HR IT applications in incident / problem management
- Management of change requests: solution design and implementation of changes in collaboration with the business department and external providers
- Management of external providers: interface between external service providers and the HR department
- Project / sub-project management in IT projects in the HR field
Your profile
- Completed studies in IT or a related field
- Knowledge/experience with the SAP-HR Toolsuite (SuccessFactors) - ideally additional knowledge in Workday
- Experience in handling and implementing cloud-based HR-IT solutions
- Expertise in application management, including interfaces in the HR field
- Desire to actively shape and advance IT topics in the planned HR transformation
- Fluent in German and English
- Good communication skills in cross-functional collaboration
- Independent work style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and confident demeanor
