Quality Engineer FAI Leader

Your tasks

• FAI Leader: Preparation of FAIs, point of contact during the FAI process, responsible for tracking deviations
• Creation of FAI inspection plans, taking into account construction documentation requirements
• FAI organization: Preparation and moderation of FAI kick off with a cross-functional team consisting of engineering, manufacturing engineering, production, and quality
• Definition of validation methods for FEMI & program approvals
• Review and evaluation of existing FAI reports
• Definition of measurement methods and measurement tools for the respective FAI activity
• Interface for FAI questions regarding production, quality assurance, production planning, and design
• Reporting of FAI metrics

Your profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or quality management
• Knowledge of at least basic functions in SAP and MS-Office
• Preferably, familiarity with G Suite
• Good German and English language skills
• Practical experience in quality management
• Preferably in first article review
• Experience with metallic production processes is desirable
• Knowledge and experience with B-Flow and Norm Master are desirable
• Strong analytical skills
• Solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Open and motivated towards learning new things
