Quality Manager Operations

Your tasks

• Conducting root cause analyses and developing measures for sustainable error correction in internal production processes
• Initiating process and product improvement measures in collaboration with manufacturing and feeding the results back to development
• Validating and optimizing product, testing, and process specifications and requirements
• Responsibility for continuous improvement in the error management process
• Moderating and instructing problem-solving teams
• Performing releases and acceptances in manufacturing

Your Profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Good SAP skills
• Good German and English language skills
• Experience in applying quality methods and tools for error detection and problem solving (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa,5-Why,...)
• Strong knowledge in manufacturing and quality planning (e.g. APQP)
• Knowledge in the field of precision mechanics and/or optronics
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, preferably project experience
• Ability to work independently
• Strong social skills
• Ability to collaborate with other employees to develop solutions and concepts
