Your tasks

  • Calculating product costs
  • Creating cost models
  • Maintaining reference costs/data
  • Providing cost engineering services (calculation) for civil and military programs
  • Evaluating risks, identifying cost drivers, and recommending cost optimizations within production processes and SAP master data maintenance
  • Coordination of calculation and evaluation processes for development services, bottom-up calculations, and parametric cost assessments across multiple locations
  • Developing parametric derivation methods
  • Creating specific benchmark data as comparison parameters for ongoing and future calculations
  • Continuous evaluation (pre- and post-calculation) of aircraft structures and components in existing scopes of work
  • Evaluating modifications
  • Supporting make-buy decisions
  • Creating proposals in cooperation with the VSM/program
  • Calculating offers from the new business acquisition area
  • Conducting offer negotiations with the customer
  • Performing price audits with the public contracting authority
  • Developing or further developing calculation systems, as well as selecting and implementing new calculation systems

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering or technician with several years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Knowledge of Gsuite and databases
  • Proficient language skills in German and English
  • Good communication skills to ensure information flow
  • Ability to integrate into a team
  • High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills
  • Logical and analytical thinking, structured work approach
