Your tasks
Support the ADS Treasury mission and activities within the Cash Management, Banking, Compliance, and Treasury Systems team.
Support the Internal Control Self-Assessment process for Core and Non-Core ADS Legal Entities:
- Consolidate the Internal Control Self-Assessment tool with control conformity levels and provide requested control evidence for Core Legal Entities
- Organize training for non-Core Legal Entities to support on ICSA tool deliveries requested
- Actively participate in detecting actions and improvements within the process
Support the yearly Attestation Review Exercise:
- Be the eBAM tool Divisional focal point for Airbus Defence and Space (~140 LE)
- Follow up on Compliance Attestation Review process and support Legal Entities
Support other Airbus Group Treasury Compliance projects and requirements:
- Non-authorized banking group reduction project
- Payment Factory Roll-out
- MT940 banking service activation
- Cashpooling topics
Manage Treasury operational topics and relationships with banks:
- Update bank account mandates at the bank level and internal tools user rights
- Support Treasury for annual audit in Germany:
- Define and confirm German bank accounts as part of the audit scope
- Prepare audit letters, send them, and coordinate with Legal Entities
- Follow up and ensure timely submission of banking audit information to auditors
- Support ADS Legal entities for daily operational treasury topics
Manage cash and improve cash visibility:
- Daily Calypso cash-in and cash-out forecast
- Cash reconciliation for Connected Intelligence and Central German LE
(Task assignment in English, as the project language)
Your Profile
- At least a bachelor's degree in engineering management or business administration
- 2 years of professional experience in the field of control
- Prior professional experience in finance, specifically in treasury and accounting
- Knowledge of financial systems is required
- Good language skills in German and English
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoy working in internal organizations
