Engineer for customer support

Start with us towards a shared and successful future! We are a specialized personnel service provider for the aerospace industry. You can expect an exciting assignment as an engineer for customer support at our partner Airbus in Sulzbach.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for ensuring the defined operational state of a digital radio system with all network elements and applications.
  • Processing reported incidents and service requests, analyzing fault reports, and solving technical problems via remote diagnosis or remote access, or using test facilities.
  • Close collaboration with on-site support, product development, and subcontractors to restore and fix operational systems.
  • Ensuring that the contractually agreed service levels are met.

Your Profile

  • At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Good language skills in German and English
  • Professional experience as a technician (m/f/d) in the field of telecommunications or communication technology
  • Good professional experience in technical support (level 2 or 3)
  • Knowledge in Linux administration required. Knowledge in working with CRM and trouble ticket systems and experience in roll-out and support of digital mobile radio systems such as GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE or TETRA
  • Experience with complex networks, routing and switching, ideally experience with Nokia/PDH and/or SDH networks
  • Proficient in working with databases and database-based applications
  • Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information
  • The ability to integrate into a team
  • High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
  • Willingness to work in 3 shifts (early, late, and night shift)
  • Driver's license class B and willingness to occasionally travel
