IT Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

Start with us into a shared and successful future! We are a specialized personnel service provider for the aerospace industry. An exciting assignment as a Solution Engineer IT (m/f/d) awaits you at our partner Airbus in Ulm.

Your tasks

• You design customized, secure IT solutions for communication/collaboration (including encryption), tactical management, or network management in mission-critical mobile networks, especially nationwide networks, based on TETRA and LTE/5G (including 3GPP/ETSI Mission Critical Services).
• You support the integration of complex mobile and IT subsystems as well as various applications for the end-to-end solution, including technical coordination with other subsystems (e.g. data center/virtualization, IT networking, cyber security), with the product line, subcontractors, and of course the customer.
• You actively contribute to the development of innovative concepts and solutions according to customer needs in an international, agile environment.
• You contribute to shaping our modern, agile working methods, potentially as a SAFe/Scrum Product Owner, SAFe/Scrum Master, or SAFe/Scrum System Architect (SAFe=Scaled Agile Framework).

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field or at least a comparable bachelor's degree
• Fluent in at least German and English
• Experience in modern IT architectures, network management applications, or SAFE/Scrum
• Knowledge in the areas of mobile communication, IT security, data centers, or willingness to familiarize oneself with these areas
• Knowledge in technologies / cloud architectures
• Analytical, systematic working method
• Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information
• Ability to integrate into a team
• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills
